Styling your hair can be a challenge, so use your Sedu hair straightener for a nice smooth finish. To keep it soft as cashmere can sometimes be an even bigger challenge! Here are a few tips to help you achieve beautiful soft, shiny hair and keep it that way. If it's cold outdoors during the winter, remember to cover your hair during these cold months. Washing your hair too often can actually dry it out, too. Try to not wash it daily, if possible. Remember that your hair is oily for a reason and you can sometimes kill it with kindness. If you would like to ward off the frizzies, try a Sedu hair straightener to get it smooth. Also, using a silicone-based moisturizing shampoo will seal the cuticle layer. If you are doing some styling, try doing it on a rainy or humid day. Frizzies have a hard time standing up when they are exposed to moisture. Here is a super neat trick. Pour a cup of vodka over your hair, allow to soak in for three minutes and then rinse it out. You will get a shine like you've never seen before! Your tiara will look really stunning with that shine. You can also use intensive conditioning treatments throughout the summer as this will replenish the moisture and protect it against UV rays. Try to not over-wash or use too much shampoo as this can cause residue to build up. You can use a clarifying shampoo occasionally to get rid of it. When applying a conditioner, comb it evenly through your hair, then rinse with cold water. The cuticle will close and your hair will shine! A couple more tips to keep in mind - use heat-activated shampoo, and deep condition your hair at least once a week. Try to refrain from using too many styling products all at once as they can dull your hair by coating it. Your prom dress could look like a discount prom dress if your hair isn't shiny! Remember, there are three types of hair - fine, normal, and coarse, so be sure to purchase products that cater to the type of hair that you have.
